Bellevoye Blanc is a blended malt made from single malt whiskies from around France. It is one of four Bellevoye expressions.
The whisky is unpeated and was finished in Sauternes casks. These casks previously held an intensely sweet wine, which has helped give the whisky its character.
Bright, juicy fruit is the note that stands out.
