This is a 10 year old single malt from Ben Nevis, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle for the 21st Whisky Live Paris. The colour is orange copper.
It was distilled on 26th June 2015, finished in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled on 11th July 2025. The cask, number 209, gave 856 bottles.
The nose is delicate and herbaceous, with pomegranate, mandarin, lavender, violet and charcoal, and later red and black fruits, eucalyptus and malted barley. The palate is lively and silky, with apricot, sage, persimmon, orange, coconut, latte and cocoa. The finish is soft and balanced, with mint chocolate and cardamom tea.
