The whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks and is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers raisins, dried fruit, caramelised sugar, roasted nuts and dark chocolate, with gentle sherry spice. On the palate it is full-bodied, with sherry-soaked fruit, toffee, malted barley, baking spice and a touch of oak. The finish is long and warming, with cocoa, spice and dried fruit.
