A 10 year old single malt from Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The nose is earthy and malty, with damp oak, malt loaf, dried fruit and orange peel, along with a little pine resin and a faint metallic note. The palate is full-bodied and oily, with toffee, dark honey, dried apricot and marmalade, followed by ginger, clove and white pepper.
The finish is long and warming, with oak spice, dark chocolate and citrus oils.
