This Ben Nevis is a Highland single cask malt, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 at 10 years old. It comes from Elixir Distillers' Single Malts of Scotland range and is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose offers ripe fruit, malt, grain and herbs with a gentle spice. The palate is full and oily, with fruit, malty sweetness, soft oak and an earthy note. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, malt and a mineral touch.
