An 11 year old Speyside single malt from Benriach, bottled by Signatory Vintage at natural cask strength. It was distilled in 2015, matured in a first fill Amontillado sherry hogshead and bottled in February 2026 at 58.5% ABV, giving 341 numbered bottles.
Amontillado casks are seldom used for Scotch maturation and bring dry nuttiness with gentle sweetness. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Tasting notes mention orchard fruit, toasted nuts and warming spice.
