Dunder is an 18 year old single malt from BenRiach.
The nose opens with crisp candied peel, soft peach and ripe banana, dusted with Demerara sugar, alongside delicate rounded smoke and gentle, sweet oak spices.
The palate brings dramatic peat smoke and barley with citrus zest, white pepper and fresh ginger. Caramelised orchard fruits and dried apricots develop towards a rich, grassy wood smoke finish.
