A 14 year old Benrinnes single malt from Speyside, bottled by Blackadder International in its unfiltered Raw Cask series at a cask strength of 55.7% abv.
The whisky was distilled in 2010, matured fully in a first-fill Amontillado sherry hogshead and bottled in 2025. The cask gave 238 bottles, each in a 70cl size.
It is described as having salted caramel, tart apple and pear, lime zest, walnut marzipan and white pepper, balanced by charred oak and a subtle malt sweetness.
