This Benrinnes single malt was distilled in 2010 and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd at 12 years old and 56.9%. It was finished in an ex-PX sherry cask, selected by Douglas McIvor, and is non-chill filtered and free of added colouring.
The nose offers dates and plums. On the palate come fresh fruit and barley alongside rich, sweet dried fruit. The finish is long, with the sweetness of PX joined by savoury spice.
