A 10 year old Speyside single malt from Benromach, part of the distillery's core range and bottled at 43% ABV. It has matured only in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks, and the lightly peated malted barley gives a delicate hint of smoke.
On the nose, sweet green apple and pear sit with creamy dark honey, then soft vanilla and gentle smoke. The palate offers malted cereal and stewed fruit with warm toffee and a hint of black cherry. The finish is full bodied, with malted cereal and soft smoke.
