A 2009 Benromach single malt from Speyside, bottled as Super Tuscan #584 at 58.4% in a 70cl bottle. Benromach sits on the northern edge of the town of Forres. It was built in 1898, during the whisky boom, and closed immediately after completion. Over the years it changed its name several times and was closed and reopened more than once. Gordon & MacPhail bought it in 1993, and it reopened on 15 October 1998 with Prince Charles in attendance, exactly 100 years after its founding.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
