Benromach – Contrasts Air Dried Malt (70cl, 46%)

Benromach Contrasts Air Dried Malt is a Speyside single malt from the Benromach distillery, on the edge of the old market town of Forres. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Benromach fills only first-fill casks. Each one is filled by hand, weighed and marked before it goes into a traditional dunnage warehouse to mature for many years. The distillery's small team relies on its own expertise and senses, and the whisky is bottled only once it meets the standards of this family-run distillery.
