Bernheim Original Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey Batch C925 (75cl, 59.2%)

Bernheim Original Barrel Proof Batch C925 is a wheat whiskey from Heaven Hill, bottled straight from the barrel at 59.2% ABV (118.4 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is uncut and non-chill-filtered. The mash bill is 51% winter wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley, aged for seven to nine years in new charred oak barrels at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. The batch code reads C rather than B, a labelling mistake on the second release of 2025. Sweet pear, raspberry jam, orange and cinnamon mark the nose. The palate is rich and oily with dark berries, orange and black pepper, and the finish is long and warming with dry oak and lingering citrus sweetness.
