Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-in-Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, aged for seven years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It was produced at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville and bottled in Bardstown. The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. As a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey it comes from one distiller and one distilling season, is aged in bonded warehouses and is brought to strength with water only. The brand's first Bottled-in-Bond release dates from 1939, and the current seven-year expression launched in 2019. The distillery describes aromas of vanilla, honey and caramel, a warm palate of caramel, honey, oak and char with a little rye spice, and a long finish.
