Bernheim Wheat Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Bernheim is an American wheat whiskey made by Heaven Hill and bottled at 90 proof (45%) in a 70cl bottle. It is named after Bernard Bernheim, one of two German immigrants who founded the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, in the 19th century. The whisky has a light honey colour, closer to many Scotch or Irish whiskeys than to most American ones. The bottle is sealed with a wax-covered cork. The aroma is warm, sweet and delicate. The palate is fruity and nutty.
