Earthy wood smoke leads the nose, with ash, hessian, kippers and digestive biscuits, and a hint of tobacco and fruit cake appearing with time in the glass. The palate is very smoky yet subtle, with cedar, smoked straw, pipe tobacco and lime zest. Woodland bonfire smoke lasts long in the finish.
