Bianca degli Svevi IGT - Re Manfredi

A white wine from Puglia, made from selected white grapes and vinified in steel to preserve aromatic purity. The nose opens with white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and light citrus notes. On the palate it shows pleasant acidity and savouriness, giving a harmonious balance and a delicate persistence. It accompanies fish dishes, light pasta and seafood starters.
