A Bianco di Montefiascone DOC from Bigi. It has a bright straw colour and a frank aroma of white flowers, ripe citrus and a light balsamic note. On the palate it shows lively freshness and a medium body, supported by discreet savouriness that lengthens the sip. The texture is clean, with citrus returns and a dry, pleasantly persistent finish. It is versatile with seafood, light fried dishes, salads and fresh cheeses, and also suits simple vegetable first courses. Serve well chilled at 8-10 °C. It is a wine to drink young.
