Orvieto DOC Classico Vigneto Torricella

A white wine from Bigi, produced in the Orvieto area of Umbria. The blend traditionally includes Grechetto and Trebbiano, with small quantities of other local grapes. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows white stone fruit, apple and pear, with floral and mineral notes. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with freshness and minerality leading to a long, pleasant finish. It suits light starters, fish and seafood dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, and is also suitable as an aperitif.
