Bigi Veritas Est Bianco Umbria IGP

A white Umbria IGP with immediate freshness and a fragrant profile. The nose shows white flowers, green apple and a light herbaceous note. On the palate the sip is clean, with lively acidity balanced by pleasant sapidity and a slender but convincing body, leading to a clear finish. It suits light dishes such as seafood starters, carpaccio, light soups and fresh cheeses, and also handles vegetable dishes and not too structured white meats. Serve it cold, around 10-12 C, in a glass that highlights the freshness and delicate aromas.
