Bianco DOC Collio - Formentini dal Collio

A white wine from Collio, made from a selection of the best white grapes of the area. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is complex and aromatic, with white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apple, floral notes and a light minerality reflecting the Collio terroir. On the palate it has good structure and balance between acidity and body, with intense ripe fruit and subtle minerality giving elegance and persistence. It suits refined starters, fish, seafood and white meats, and also works as an aperitif.
