Formentini dal Collio Collio DOC Ribolla Gialla

A Collio DOC white wine made from the native Ribolla Gialla grape by Formentini dal Collio. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers field flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, citrus and a subtle mineral note recalling the marly soil. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with balanced acidity, a fine and harmonious texture and a light bitter note typical of the grape, leaving a clean finish. It pairs with light starters, fish, seafood and herb risottos, and also works as an aperitif.
