A white wine from Formentini dal Collio, expressing the Friulano grape of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and the Collio area.
It shows a lively straw-yellow colour. The nose brings field flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, almond and a light herbaceous note. On the palate it is harmonious, with balanced acidity and body, a soft texture and a long, savoury finish with a typical slightly bitter note.
It suits an aperitif and pairs with fish dishes, vegetable-based first courses and fresh or mature cheeses.
