Bianco Orvieto Classico DOC Secco - Bigi

A dry white wine from Bigi, made in the Orvieto Classico DOC. It favours freshness and drinkability, with a discreet bouquet of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, light citrus notes and a hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is slender and well balanced by acidity, with a sapid note that supports the finish and leaves a clean taste. It suits seafood starters, composed salads, light soups, fresh cheeses, vegetables and grilled fish, and is best served around 8-10 °C.
