Bib & Tucker is a six-year-old small batch bourbon from Kentucky, bottled in California at 46%. The mash bill is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% barley. It is double distilled, first in a column still and then in a copper pot still, and aged for at least six years in new charred American white oak. No colouring is added.
The nose is freshly tanned leather with grassy notes and vanilla. The palate brings a fruit basket, dried apricots, vanilla, caramel, toffee and fine spice. The finish is porridge and freshly toasted grain, with vanilla and roasted chestnuts.
