Big Peat The Swiss Winter Edition is a limited blended malt, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from a smoky alpine hut and the comfort of a traditional Swiss cheese fondue. The blend combines the sweet notes of Caol Ila, the balanced elegance of Bowmore, the intense medicinal spice of Ardbeg and the refinement of Port Ellen. Spicy aromas, walnut, almonds and green apple run through it, and the finish carries a heavy measure of bacon-like smoke.
