Bigi Vipra Rosso Umbria IGT has a nose of ripe red fruits, light undergrowth and sweet spice, with an herbal accent reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it balances freshness and body, with soft tannins supporting the fruit. It has savouriness and a light tannic texture, suiting rustic dishes and more refined preparations. It pairs with roasts, grilled meats and semi-aged cheeses, and is best served slightly cool, around 16-18 C.
