Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé (75cl)

Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé is a rosé champagne from a house founded in 1818, with seven generations of know-how behind it. The vineyards run from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims. The blend is 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir, vinified in tank with malolactic fermentation and 40% reserve wines. It rests on its lees for 36 months and is dosed at 9 g/l. The colour is pale pink with golden glints, with a persistent mousse. The style is crisp and fine, fresh and subtle. It works as an aperitif or with wild salmon and sushi.
