Bimber – 10 Year Old 2016 Ex-Bourbon Cask 50th Anniversary Kirsch Import Single Cask (57%)

This is a ten-year-old single cask single malt from the Bimber Distillery in London, bottled for the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Import. It was distilled on 29 August 2016, filled into an ex-Bourbon cask and bottled on 10 September 2026 at 57% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour. Only 251 bottles were filled. Bimber filled its first casks in May 2016, so this whisky comes from the distillery's earliest years. The mash ferments for around seven days in hand-built wooden washbacks.
