Air is the third limited release in The Four Elements series from Bimber, the London distillery. It was aged in a single ex-bourbon cask, number 275, and bottled in March 2023, with 257 bottles released.
Bimber was founded by Polish emigrants who arrived in London in 2003, and its name means moonshine in Polish. Since 2019 the distillery has bottled its whisky in small batches or from single casks, mainly ex-bourbon and sherry, along with some fresh virgin oak.
