Bimber Apogée XII is a 12 year old blended malt from the English distillery Bimber, bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle and limited to 25,000 bottles. It is unpeated.
It is a blend of Highlands and Speyside single malts, first matured for 12 years and then married together. The blend was then aged again in ex-Bimber casks, which brings the fruity, lively and spicy aromas associated with the distillery's casks.
The bottle is made of hammered glass, shaped to echo the surface of the distillery's small copper stills, and comes in a box.
