Bimber – Bourbon Cask Batch 4 (51.2%)

This is Batch 4 of Bimber's Bourbon Cask release, a single malt from the London craft distillery, bottled at 51.2%. It is made from regional single-farm barley, malted on a traditional malting floor, and distilled in two direct-fired pot stills after a seven-day fermentation. The batch was vatted from the distillery's oldest first-fill bourbon casks and runs to 7,000 bottles. It is described as balanced and deep, with typical notes of light fruit, caramel, vanilla and spice.
