This is a small batch single malt from Bimber, a craft distillery in North London, bottled in May 2023 to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 52.2% ABV.
The whisky was matured exclusively in ex-bourbon and red wine casks.
Bimber's name means moonshine in Polish, a nod to the founders, who moved to London from Poland in 2003. Their first casks were laid down on 26th May 2016.
