Earth is the second limited release in The Four Elements series from Bimber, the London distillery. It was made using Aberdeenshire peat and aged in a single lightly peated ex-bourbon cask, number 478.
The whisky was bottled in April 2023, and 275 bottles were released.
Bimber was founded by Polish emigrants who arrived in London in 2003, and its name means moonshine in Polish. The first casks were filled there in May 2016.
