A single malt from Bimber in England, matured in an ex-rye whiskey barrel and bottled from a single cask, number 216, at 58.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The edition is limited to 268 bottles, and the whisky is unpeated. Its character leans towards American rye whiskey, with malted barley and rye working closely together. The aromas run from precious woods to candied fruit and heady perfumes, with chocolate and roasted flavours on the palate, giving an autumnal impression.
