A single malt from Bimber, the London craft distillery, bottled in 2025 as part of its Germany Edition, Shoulders of Giants. The three single casks in the edition are dedicated to pioneers of the car industry, and this one honours Rudolf Diesel, inventor of the diesel engine.
Unpeated whisky was matured in a fino sherry cask, which brings Andalusian influence. The cask gave 293 bottles at 57.6%, each of 70cl. It is described as showing gentle saltiness, nuts and fine oak tones.
