A single malt from Bimber, the London distillery set up in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk, bottled for the 10th anniversary of the Midlands Whisky Festival.
It was distilled in 2017 and matured in a single ex-bourbon cask, number 159, before bottling in 2021. The cask yielded 260 bottles at a natural cask strength of 58.7% ABV. The whisky is uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
