This is a peated single malt from Bimber, an English distillery based in London. It was matured in ex-bourbon cask #461 and bottled at 60.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle, in a tube.
The edition numbers 245 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose combines peat smoke with sweet vanilla, honey and toasted wood. The palate is full and intense, balancing smoke, caramel, oak and fine spice. The finish is long, with warm spice, peat smoke and hints of dark chocolate.
