Bimber Platinum Jubilee 2022 Release is a four-year-old English single malt, distilled in North London to mark the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 51.8% ABV.
Only 1,952 bottles were produced, a number chosen to echo 1952, the year the Queen came to the throne.
Bimber is a craft micro-distillery whose name means moonshine in Polish, a nod to its founders' roots.
