Bimber – Re-Charred #143 Limited Edition Single Cask Release (70cl)

This is a limited single cask release from Bimber, the London distillery whose first casks were laid down on 26th May 2016. The whisky matured in a single re-charred oak cask and was bottled in October 2020. It comes from 299 individually numbered bottles, each in a 70cl bottle. The deep char of the cask and the caramelisation of the wood sugars shape the whisky alongside the distillery's fruity London spirit. It is described as having burnt toffee and piquant spice flavours.
