Wolfgang - The Composer is a single cask London single malt from Bimber, part of the Shoulders of Giants series, which honours historical thinkers, innovators and artists. This edition is a tribute to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The whisky was finished in Tawny port cask 554/51 and bottled in March 2026 at 57.5%, yielding 307 bottles. It is neither chill-filtered nor coloured. The nose offers ripe red berries, prune and raisin with honey sweetness and a touch of warm spice. On the palate, juicy berries and malt meet caramel, a soft nutty port note and subtle wood. The long, spicy finish brings cocoa and light, dry tannins.
