Bimber Single Cask #35 The Spirit of the Underground - London Bridge (70cl)

This is a single cask English single malt from Bimber, one of 305 bottles, fully matured in an ex-port cask. It is dedicated to London Bridge station and comes in a 70cl bottle. The station opened on 14th December 1836, which makes it one of the oldest railway stations in the world. It is also the only station on the Underground network with 'London' in its name. The nose is jammy red and black berries with suede leather, teacakes and toasted brioche. On the palate, berry preserves, plums and prunes meet gingerbread and cinnamon-dusted chocolate bonbons. The finish is sweet berry fruit with lasting ginger spice.
