This is a single cask Bimber single malt in a 70cl bottle, drawn from a Moscatel cask. One of 285 bottles, it celebrates Green Park station, which opened in 1906 under the name Dover Street.
The nose brings baked apples, peach melba, tonka and coffee beans, with macadamia nuts over gingerbread. The palate combines orchard and stone fruits that develop into orange jelly, pineapple chunks and chocolate and vanilla choux buns. The finish is sustained, with brown sugars and mentholated oak.
