Hannah is a single cask Bimber single malt from London, finished in an Amontillado sherry cask, number 537/37. It was bottled in September 2025 at a cask strength of 57.8%, in a 70cl bottle, from a run of 312 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The nose is nutty and fruity, with roasted hazelnut, ripe fig, dark honey, dried apricot and orange peel. The palate has toffee, spiced wood and cocoa, with a velvety, oily texture. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections.
