This is the third ex-bourbon batch from Bimber, the English whisky producer based in West London. It is a single malt, and 5000 bottles were filled. The nose has lemon zest, ginger and apples. On the palate come caramel, apricot and more apple. The finish brings vanilla with bursts of caramel, and it is smooth and moreish.
