Bimber – Single Malt London Whisky Ex-Bourbon Batch No. 4 (51.2%)

This is the fourth batch of Bimber single malt matured entirely in first fill ex-Bourbon American oak casks. It was distilled in London and is a limited edition of 7000 bottles. It is bottled at a full 51.2% ABV, without dilution or artificial colouring. The nose is very tropical, with pineapple, unripe mango, coconut and ripe pears, alongside Turkish delight, honey, vanilla, spice, propolis and chocolate. The palate is full and enveloping, with ripe pears, candied pineapple and sweet apples, then a little lemon and grapefruit, cappuccino and honey. The finish is long, with honey and pineapple cream.
