This is a single cask London single malt from Bimber, the Johann edition of the Shoulders of Giants series, which is dedicated to Johann Sebastian Bach. It matured entirely in ex-bourbon cask #413.
Bimber bottled it in March 2026 at cask strength, 56.9% ABV, and the cask yielded 262 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose combines ripe pineapple and mango with honey sweetness, vanilla, sweet oak, spice and fine malt. The palate brings creamy caramel and vanilla, bourbon sweetness, wood, lively citrus and fine pepper. The finish is medium in length and pleasantly dry, with oak, warmth, lasting vanilla and a hint of citrus.
