Bimber – Single Malt London Whisky Klub Edition Release No. 3 Imperial Stout Cask

This is the third release in the London Whisky Klub edition from Bimber, a single malt finished in a cask with an Imperial Stout history. Only 1650 bottles were filled. It began as a collaboration with Brew By Numbers, who rested their classic Imperial Stout base in Bimber's ex-bourbon casks. The whisky was then matured further in those same casks, which added to its character. The result is described as having notes of sweet stout, toasted grain, buttery brioche and subtle floral tones.
