Bimber Single Malt London Whisky Oloroso - Shoulder of Giants - Nicolaus (70cl, 57.9%)

This is a single cask London single malt from Bimber, bottled at 57.9% in a 70cl bottle. Nicolaus is part of the Shoulder of Giants trio in the Germany Edition 2025, three single casks dedicated to pioneers of the car industry. It honours Nicolaus Otto and his lasting influence on combustion engines. The whisky matured entirely in an Oloroso sherry cask, which gives it deep and elegant notes.
