Bimber – Single Malt London Whisky Shoulders of Giants Richard PX Sherry Cask #855/63 (70cl, 58.7%)

This is the Richard edition of Bimber's Shoulders of Giants series, a single cask London single malt dedicated to Richard Wagner. It was matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask and bottled in March 2026 at 58.7%, with 302 bottles filled. The whisky is unpeated, of natural colour and non-chill-filtered, and comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose is ripe dark fruit and sherry sweetness with gentle spice. On the palate it is concentrated, with raisins, dates, cocoa and oak spice, and a full, oily texture. The finish is long, spicy and lightly fruity over dark sweetness, ending dry.
